Gravity Software is a new cloud-based accounting platform for SMBs who have outgrown QuickBooks. They are currently the only accounting software available for small businesses who are between QuickBooks and a large enterprise system. 

While Gravity Software is a great offering to their market, there is currently little awareness about their brand in the marketplace. In order to generate more awareness and earn credibility among a very established set of accounting software, they needed a strategic plan to support their ambitious growth goals.

  • Strategic Content: By identifying topics and optimization opportunities to boost organic search results, we were able to generate notable traffic to the Gravity Software website.
  • Keyword Research: Conducting keyword research and a competitive analysis revealed opportunities to fill content gaps in the market of accounting software, uncovering one of the biggest opportunities identified from the content audit. By looking at posts and pages that were competing for similar keywords and phrases we were able to consolidate blog posts and create redirects to a main pillar page. Ultimately this improves the rank of this page in search engines as users spend more time on the page and click through to additional articles.
  • Content Audit: Additionally, the content audit revealed that many of the blog posts contained a low readability score. With large paragraphs, an abundance of links and videos, it was difficult to consume the post and know what the next action should be. Brandpoint optimized the blog posts to enhance readability and provide a more direct user path to encourage more engagement with blog posts, as well as increase organic traffic.


After just sixty days from the optimized content going live, Gravity Software saw a significant increase in indexed keywords on their domain. They also saw increased time on-site per user and a reduction in their bounce rate.
